dotgeek.org has been offereince PHP5 hosting for months. Granted, this may not be as good publicity as the host you mentioned, but I imagine dotgeek was technically first.

HostEurope announced that PHP5 will be available for their customers in septembre. Meanwhile, they plan to wait for the first patches to come and use the time for testing. It's a pity they haven't done...
